Oxrose Students participate in our annual Spirit Week January 27-31, 2025
Activities during Spirit Week proved exciting as always, giving students a holiday week of festive activity around our patron saint’s feast day (St. Thomas Aquinas). Students enjoyed a different whimsical them each day, House Quiz Mastery Battles, daily morning prayer, and a poetry contest.
Each year Oxrose students participate in the Spirit Week activities, which are meant to celebrate the school’s patron saint day as well as provide some much needed levity after many weeks of rigorous school work. Just the break everyone needs to rejuvenate for more weeks before spring break.
Kingfisher sits in the lead at the beginning of the Oxrose Spirit Week! Once the tallies have been completed for the Spirit Week battles, the house leader will be updated. Each year the three Oxrose houses of Kingfisher, Chanticleer, and Heronshaw compete in activities for the house cup. Activities this year in 2024-2025 have included: All Saints’ Costume Contest, Virtue Challenges in our League System, and House battles during Spirit Week. This year is a tight race!
