Studio Art 1: Drawing 1

The format of a studio is a gathering in which the students work on their individual projects while the teacher moves among them offering help and comment, drawing the class's attention to good elements, and teaching specific techniques. A progression of skills to master and mastery projects upon which to apply them give the course sequential structure. The year culminates with a final project that brings together all of the skills learned in the year, followed by a virtual "Gallery Night" event where students show their work to parents and peers.
