5-27 ~ REQUESTS & APPLICATIONS DUE by NOON
Withdrawal and Incomplete Requests, as well as and Summer Extension Applications are due by noon on Monday.
Requests should be made in the form of an email to office@oxroseacademy.com. Inlcude "Withdrawal" or "Incomplete" in the subject of the email. Clearly identify the student and the class title.
Applications for the Summer Extension should be made by filling out THE FORM and sending it as an email attachment to office@oxroseacademy.com
